1. About these terms

These terms of use govern your access to and use of the QiLeader website (qileader.com), the Leadership Pressure Index and any other diagnostic assessments offered by QiLeader, and any related services, content, and communications (together, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. The Leadership Pressure Index and other assessments

The Leadership Pressure Index (LPI) and any other QiLeader diagnostic assessments are self-assessment tools designed to surface patterns in how leaders experience and handle pressure. They are intended as developmental instruments, not as clinical, psychological, or medical diagnoses.

By completing an assessment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The results are based entirely on your self-reported answers and are indicative, not definitive. They reflect patterns worth paying attention to, not verdicts about your character, competence, or mental health.
  • The assessment does not replace professional advice from a qualified psychologist, therapist, physician, or other professional. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please seek appropriate professional support.
  • Your scores, quadrant classification, Regenerative Capacity score, and any diagnostic flags are computed by an algorithm based on your responses. They are tools for reflection, not objective measurements.
  • QiLeader does not guarantee any specific outcome from completing the assessment or from participating in any programme or service that follows from it.

3. Website content and information

The information and content on this website are provided for general informational and educational purposes. While QiLeader makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the content is complete, correct, current, or free of errors.

All content is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any guarantee, whether explicit or implied, including with regard to information quality, correctness, suitability for a particular purpose, or security.

QiLeader reserves the right to change, update, or remove any content on this website at any time without prior notice.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within the Services — including text, graphics, logos, images, assessment questions, scoring models, report copy, programme materials, audio, video, and software — is the property of QiLeader s.r.l. or its licensors and is protected by Belgian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Services without the prior written consent of QiLeader, except for personal, non-commercial use of your own assessment results.

The QiLeader name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of QiLeader s.r.l. You may not use them without prior written permission.

5. Your use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair them, or interfere with any other party’s use
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or any systems or networks connected to them
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, or similar tools) to access or collect data from the Services
  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information when completing an assessment or registering for a service
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the assessment questions, scoring methodology, report content, or any other proprietary materials

6. Email communications

When you complete an assessment and consent to receiving follow-up emails, you will receive a sequence of emails tailored to your assessment results. These emails are linked to the assessment and are not general marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email. Unsubscribing will stop future emails but will not affect your assessment results or any data already collected.

QiLeader may also send you information about programmes, events, and services. You can opt out of these communications at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian law, QiLeader shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to:

  • Any decisions you make based on your assessment results
  • Any reliance on information or content provided through the Services
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if QiLeader has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

8. Programmes and paid services

Registration for and participation in QiLeader programmes (including the Solvay-certified Foundations programme, residential cohorts, and in-company workshops) are subject to separate terms and conditions provided at the time of enrolment. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and programme-specific conditions will be communicated as part of the registration process.

9. Links to third-party websites

The Services may contain links to websites operated by third parties. QiLeader does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at qileader.com/privacy-policy/. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to these terms

QiLeader may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the website or by direct notification. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
