QiLeader was founded in 2017 by Murielle Machiels, former CEO and academic director at Solvay Brussels School, with one clear mission: to help leaders and organizations grow in a way that is both high-performing and deeply human.
At the heart of our approach is Regenerative Work. It helps leaders and teams create the conditions for sustainable success by restoring clarity, energy, and purpose. Instead of draining people, regenerative work empowers them to contribute fully without losing themselves in the process.
One powerful concept we work with is the Emotional Magnetic Load. It refers to the invisible weight created by unresolved stress, unspoken tension, and the accumulation of emotional friction throughout the day. When this weight is recognized and released, people lead with more presence, make better decisions, and build healthier relationships.

About Murielle Machiels
Murielle Machiels is a former CEO, academic director at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, and a pioneering voice in the movement toward regenerative work. With deep expertise in leadership, transformation, and emotional intelligence, she is known for helping leaders and teams thrive—not just survive—in today’s world of complexity, AI, and relentless pressure.
As the CEO of an educational publishing company, Murielle led a bold digital transformation while under private equity ownership. Despite intense external pressure, she achieved what most would call impossible: a double-digit increase in profit with zero burnout. Her leadership proved that performance and well-being are not in conflict—they are deeply intertwined.
Her journey through exhaustion, over-responsibility, and eventual renewal inspired the creation of the Regenerative Work framework, a practical and human-centered path to sustainable leadership. As Academic Director of the Advanced Executive Program in Digital Transformation at Solvay, she has guided over 1,000 leaders and teams in transforming how they lead, collaborate, and live—helping them move from survival mode into clarity, impact, and purpose.
Murielle is also the creator of Emotional Magnetic Load (EML), a groundbreaking concept describing the invisible emotional weight that silently drives burnout, reactivity, and disengagement in modern work culture. Her work is grounded in science, personal experience, and systems change—and amplified by conscious use of AI.
Through her writing, coaching, and speaking, Murielle leads a growing movement toward regenerative leadership, offering tools, language, and practices that shift organizations from exhausted to alive.
